Thank you for choosing GPT Image 2. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for GPT Image 2 subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
You may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
Credits are usage units consumed when you generate or edit images or videos. Refund eligibility is based on the credits granted by the specific purchase being reviewed.
Credits already consumed are not refundable. If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused credits from the eligible purchase.
If a generation fails because of a system or provider error, credits are not intended to be charged for that failed result. When credits are deducted for a failed generation, we may restore the affected credits to your account instead of issuing a cash refund.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges.
Subscription refund requests are reviewed under the same 10-day request period and usage conditions described above.
